Welsh Open This Week-end - Be Warned

It's that time of the year again and for those of you new to the area - It's the Welsh Open - Golf that is, hosted by the Celtic Manor Resort. Coldra roundabout will be a "nightmare" and Catsash Road - forget it. More people than normal anticipated this year as they will be playing on the famous Ryder Cup course. :(

Thanks for the heads up Jay, will avoid the Coldar this weekend. I remember last time, nightmare!

Anyone else really fed up with the Celtic Manor and road closures!
Surely school run and rush hour local should have access to these roads before 9am
and closing a lane at the Coldra during this time is not great planning with the highways dept!!!
Does the Celtic contribute anything to the community for all the restrictions we suffer?
