just joined and wanted to say hi and that we hope to be moving to this area asp , we are in east yorkshire ,bridlington at the moment but cant wait to move to wales ,which is in our hearts . we are a family of 3, and one dog ,two cats but will be expanding that as soon as we move ,chickens being the first thing we sort out . my son david is into drama in abig way so hopefully he can find an amature dramatic group to join .as you can tell we are really excited and just cant wait ,hope to be a good contribution to your community ,lol sue and allen sparham

Hi Sue53, welcome to the site (and area). This is a lovely part of the country to be living in, lots of open space but not far form major towns & cities.

We moved here in 2000 and being from Newcastle (wife from Fishguard, West Wales) I wasn't used to so much open space and countryside and quickly grew to love it.

As for your son, he's in luck as there's a local performing arts academy, Joyce Marshal (http://www.langstonevillage.co.uk/forumdisplay.php?f=64).

thanks so much for reply ,wish we were moving today !!!!!!. great to hear you settled in so well ,thanks for the info about the drama, there`s not alot in bridlington for amatures ,so that will be great . will keep in touch and check in regularly to the site ,kind regardes sue .
ps hows the snow ,we havent had alot so far but looking at the news l think you have ???

hi thank you so much for the reply,we will certainly be in touch as soon as we have moved ,my son has really struggled to find any drama groups at all although he has been in one off production that was funded by the lottery but apart from that there has been nothing for him here .
we have our house on the market and all though the recession is affecting things we are hoping for a quick sale ,agent has assured us things are moving now but as soon as we have abuyer we will be moving to where we want to be -wales .we will keep in touch and hopefully meet up asp .many thanks for your help and kindness in your reply sue
