Nice website all about Abergavenny (http://www.abergavenny.net).

Another local web site, this time for Caldicot (http://www.caldicot.com/).

Llanwern (http://www.llanwernvillage.co.uk)village are currentlyfighting to save their village from developers who propose to build 1,100 houses on greenfield land at Cot Hill. They need your help, please visit their website.

Heres' a link to the Office for National Statitics for Langstone (http://neighbourhood.statistics.gov.uk/dissemination/LeadAreaSearch.do?a=3&c=NP18%202NE&i=1&m=0&enc=1&areaSearchText=NP18%202NE&areaSearchType=14&extendedList=false&searchAreas=Search) which contains a multitude of statistical reports on Langstone, some very interesting.

hello all,
I am a local mum that has just had my 2nd child. With trying to create the perfect work life balance (if there is such a thing!) i have set up my own business. I'm a professional portrait photographer. Please take a look at my website: www.mariafarrelly.com (http://www.mariafarrelly.com) and if anyone is interested then please drop me a line, i'd love to hear from you. Also, i am looking into ways of working with schools to help raise funds as well as promote my business. if anyone has any ideas they think i can help with then please get in contact.

kind regards
maria

Maria,

Welcome aboard but can I ask you not to cross post please. Business users should only be promoting their business in their own sub forum.

Langstone Community Council has it's own website. Here you can view minutes of the monthly meetings containing all the local planning applications.

SallieM,

A very useful and informative site. I've added Langstone CC link in the home page 'Web Links'.
