I have two house currently available to rent if anyone is interested. Both are in a good state of repair and decoration
One is a modern 3 bed semi-detached in Malpas with garage and gardens. Gas central heating
The other is a modern 2 bed mid-link in Maesglas with garage and gardens. Electric storage heaters at the moment but in the process of having gas central heating fitted.
