Several weeks ago some vandals punched 2 holes into the back of the hut. Today, a window has been broken in the main hall, probably by stone throwing. We have also had problems with teenagers intimidating users or making a nuisance of themselves by banging on the doors. These teenagers are local and around 14 years of age.
If you see youths hanging around the hall and they are causing problems please call the police. Can parents also be vigilant as to what their children are doing near the hall in the evenings The trustees are working very hard to get the hall renovated and this disgusting behaviour will not be tolerated. CCTV is an expense we don't want so please help us to protect the only social facility we have.
